# How to create personalised tracking links (SubIDs)

## You can personalise your Everflow tracking link as many times as you like. This is a quick way to create separate links for individual team members, marketing platforms, or social media channels, so you can compare performance more easily.

1. Log into your **Everflow dashboard**
2. From your dashboard, select '**Tracking & Asset Generator'**.
3. Select the offer available to you, and your primary tracking link will appear in the preview panel.
4. Click ‘**Additional Parameters**’ to view the available tracking options.
5. You’ll see a dropdown with options including '**Source ID**' and '**Sub 1–5**'. We recommend using '**Sub 1**' each time. Enter a unique identifier here, such as:  
   \- A team member’s initials or name.  
   \- A marketing platform  
   \- A social media channel
6. Once added, your personalised link is ready to copy and use. We recommend keeping a record of your links in a spreadsheet or notepad for easy reference.

**Creating more than one link**

To create multiple personalised links, simply erase the identifier you just typed out, and repeat the same process, entering a new identifier each time.

**A few things to keep in mind**

- Personalised links are not technically saved in Everflow – they work as an extension of your main tracking link. Because of this, they also can’t be deleted.
- Links that are no longer used will eventually stop appearing in reporting.
- You can use reporting to track and compare performance across your different links.
